Willow Health is home to a paediatric and adult speech pathology service in Picton, South of Sydney. We are locally owned and operated, and dedicated to working with our local community to provide quality, speech pathology care.
We currently have 5 Speech Pathologists and are looking for 2 more to join our supportive and vibrant team!
Both new graduate and experienced Speech Pathologists with a desire to work with a primarily paediatric caseload are welcome to apply.

Salary and Work Conditions
Our salaries are well above award. We provide flexibility for our clinician's to work full-time or part-time. We provide an additional 5 days annual leave to all clinicians who meet their financial target, and provide paid PD (both the cost of PD and wage while attending).
Location
We are uniquely located in the village of Picton, a semi-rural community approximately midway between Campbelltown and Bowral. We enjoy, less traffic and easy driving (mostly), a feeling of belonging that comes with working in a smaller community, and a short drive to Sydney and to Wollongong (45 minutes).
Our Caseload
We see paediatric clients from infants through to 18 years with a range of speech, language, literacy, voice, fluency and mealtime difficulties. You will be expected to see clients with a range of needs, however, if you have a particular interest we will support you to continue to build your skills in this area.

Essential Requirements
- A relevant accredited degree in speech pathology.
- Registration and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility for and willingness to obtain) / (CPSP status desirable).
- A current NSW working with children check and national police check.
- A current NSW driver’s license.
- A commitment to high quality evidence-based care and ongoing professional development
- Adherence to Government Immunization requirements
