As a Speech Pathologist/Senior Speech Pathologist with Early Start Australia, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a friendly, well supported team in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine based general developmental assessments and standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programs
- Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support
- Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience in working with children and adolescents, and confidence in your role working closely with their families is highly valued
- Compliance - SPA Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS workers screening check; COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate; First Aid Training; Driver’s License & Vehicle
