As the Speechie Team Lead, the individual will initially assume a 50/50 hands-on/managing role. They will enjoy autonomy, guided by supportive leadership, select assessment tools, shape policies, and contribute to maintaining their positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance hands-on therapy with managerial duties
- Independently choose assessment tools
- Contribute to policy development
- Foster a nurturing team culture within the multidisciplinary practice
Benefits:
