We are looking for a casual Personal Trainer to become a valued member of our team at our studio in Duncraig.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person with a strong service orientation and effective communication skills, who is able to stimulate and motivate clients while being aware of, and responsive to, their needs and concerns.
This role requires patience and understanding, as well as a degree of initiative, coaching and empathetic support to clients. The successful candidate needs to thrive on routine, repetitive work although there is some room for creatively structuring client workout sessions, within the session time frame.
The focus is on repeat and long-term contact and communication with people, and the successful candidate will derive satisfaction from helping others.
The ability to work to a strict time frame is important, as is the correct handling of client details and all administrative processes. The role requires adherence to established guidelines and procedures to help the studio achieve its goals consistently and efficiently.
SpeedFit operates up to 16 hours a day, six days a week and seeks to provide all members with a positive, memorable experience.
SpeedFit combines personal training with EMS technology for an exceptionally effective workout in just 20 minutes per week. Our EMS training is effective, fun and low impact on the skeletal system (joints, tendons & ligaments). We cater for a wide variety of clients and their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timed, structured, EMS personal training sessions to client members. Encourage ongoing relationships by offering extended membership sales to existing clients. Conduct new member consultation sessions. Keep the studio clean and tidy. Make each client's session as interesting, stimulating and effective as possible in order for them to meet their personal goals, while adhering to Speedfit procedures.
The position offered is on a casual/contract basis, but full-time/part-time positions can be offered to the right candidate. We give preference to Personal Trainers that can offer 100% commitment to the club.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
