Having been established in Canning Vale for over 5 years, the studio is seeking a motivated Studio trainer to join our team to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving further growth for the studio.
To be successful in this role you will have/or currently studying:
- A minimum certificate 3 in fitness and/or related health degree
- A passion for health and fitness and helping people achieve their goals
- First-rate people skills: leadership, emotional intelligence & communication
- Must be reliable, confident, caring & humble
- Desire and an understanding how to help people ignite change
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Your role:
- Conduct SpeedFit sessions on time and in the highest level of service to our existing members
- Create an amazing studio experience
- Spark member engagement
- Conduct Inductions for new members
- Conduct Body Compositions using EVOLT360 body scanner
- Ensure communication (email & phone) are followed
- Maintain general studio cleanliness
