An exciting opportunity exists for a Sport Support Officer within Darling Downs School Sport. As a Sport Support Officer, you will provide efficient and effective financial management and administrative support to the Regional School Sport Officer to support the implementation of the regional school sport program. You will be responsible for processing accounts, reconciling accounts, maintain inventory stock control systems and the use of an online ecommerce solution.

About the Role
As the Sport Support Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:
- Undertake and process all work in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Operate and maintain administrative and financial management systems using SAP program, including processing accounts receivable and payable, receiving and banking monies, processing payments, providing reports, using and maintaining Corporate Card accounts, reconciling accounts, and use of an online solution through SAP.
- Provide advice to clients and maintain office operations in the absence of the Regional School Sport Officer when required and appropriate.
- Prioritise and schedule work commitments to meet non-negotiable deadlines as directed by School Sport Calendars.
- Operate the system for control and distribution of apparel to sporting teams.
While there are no mandatory qualifications, a working knowledge of Financial Business Support (formally SAP), Websites for Schools and Content Manager (formally HPRM/TRIM) would be advantageous.
