Our client is a tertiary organisation with a presence across Queensland. They are seeking an IT Support Officer to join their team play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisational systems. Our focus areas include HR, payroll, learning management, and compliance, with responsibilities spanning User Maintenance, Issue investigation, resolution, and testing. As a valuable member of the dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and partners to enhance our enterprise solutions.
In the role of Enterprise Systems Support Officer, you will be expected to:
- Provide comprehensive support across our enterprise solutions.
- Actively participate in user acceptance testing.
- Document and update processes and training materials.
- Conduct training workshops when necessary.
- Engage with key stakeholders, vendor partners, and other teams.
About the Role:
Support is extended to enterprise solutions such as Ascender/aPay (payroll), SuccessFactors Employee Central, and other modules (HR), iLearn (learning management), and other corporate solutions. Experience in any of these solutions or similar is highly desirable.
Manage user requests through the Service Desk, triage effectively, and ensure the maintainability of the core product.
Work on issue resolution and assist in testing changes implemented by our Vendor Partner.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in support management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise solutions, preferably in Ascender/aPay, SuccessFactors, iLearn, or similar.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes.
- Documentation skills for processes and training materials.
- Experience in conducting training workshops.
- Effective engagement with stakeholders, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of compliance management, learning management, HR, and payroll solutions.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
- Experience in report development.
- Testing skills to ensure the quality of changes.
