An exciting opportunity exists for a Spot trader/Analyst to join our successful Trading team based in Sydney. This position is ideally suited to proactive individuals with a strong maths and/or finance/economics background, but we are also looking for engineers wanting to move into a commercial role. The role is accountable for analysing and forecasting National Electricity Market outcomes and providing input to the Trading Strategy. Spot trading duties are on a roster basis, managing hydro, gas and diesel generation assets. Team culture is critical to our success which includes maintaining constructive relationships with other business units and delivering superior customer service with market insights.

What we're looking for:
