The Role:

As Sr CDP you will be helping to manage the kitchen and take on a Sr role whilst the Head Chef is away from the kitchen, contributing to the success of this dynamic establishment. Key responsibilities include:

• Training and mentoring Chef's and apprentices
• Maintaining composure and calmness under pressure
• Hands-on involvement in stock take and stock control
• Efficiently running shifts and being a solid supportive employee to your Head and Sous Chef's
• Active participation in service to enhance the guest experience

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to leadership

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Hands-on experience in running a service
