Come share in the discoveries that are forged from our shared achievements at Lenovo as we drive the next generation in technology.The role will managed the ANZ Advanced Solutions and Services sales team as well as driving outcomes in a matrix environment with Lenovo DaaS team, Lenovo SSDS (Software and Solutions team).Position Responsibilities:Responsible for Services, Solutions & Software Quotas / KPIs for dedicated strategic accounts across Global, Government, Education, Large Enterprise & Mid Market Verticals as an overlay to Field Sales team.Nominal account base up to 25 accounts across ANZ … key focus Federal GovDevelops and executes proactive sales plans to deliver commercial goals with matrix team of Account Executive, Solution Architect and Solutions Delivery.Identify customer business problems/opportunities for Services, Solutions and Software , by creating a trusted relationship with customers and end users across multiple C level stakeholdersProactively seek new and develop existing business within account base to support growth.Work together with Marketing + Segment + Sales teams, for the development of actions that seek Solutions growth of the territory.Lead commercial conversations with the sales teams across territories and align with engaged matrix segments to deliver customer and partner based outcomesMaintain and execute pipeline across the quarter with strategic alignment for opportunities to progress 6-12 months in advance.Manages customer relationship with Key decision makers, ensuring opportunities are identified and closed.Regularly engaged at customer facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.Communicates technology road maps / vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution.Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.Work with core account team to create integrated, effective account plans, RFI & RFQ for targeted customers.Maintain pipeline sufficient target and ensure Microsoft Dynamics is updated. Generate Gross pipelinePosition Requirements:2 - 3 years team management in complex solutions environmentsBA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experienceSales background across Government, Large Enterprise and EducationExperience in Endpoint solutions / Service desk solutionsExperience in Microsoft Modern Management and Deployment Practices preferredExperience in Modern Workplace solutionsAbility to manage multiple complex sales engagements across multiple verticals and territories.Experience in the across the M365 and D365 suite preferred.Preferred Requirements:Communication skills - ability to recognize challenges and communicate quickly and effectively.Great relationship building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational skills must be a self-starter who has experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, passion for start-up like environment.Ability to build effective virtual teams and drive results via others in a complex cross-functional organizationUnderstanding of both Direct Sales and Channel sales process and capabilityUnderstanding of the Telco Sales Environment and back end network connectivity - how to engage and bring product to life (Cloud PABX)Superior knowledge of Software technology, keen focus on market trends and customer needs with exceptional analytical skills & financial acumen.Microsoft teams with a modern workplace focus within Government and EducationCyber Security Knowledge - EMM and MDM, network security 9Cisco)Other Software productivity - Communication and Collaboration focusCommitment and ownership of role.Critical thinker (solve for the right problem).Proven ability to build turn disorder into highly repeatable processesCan work Independently and from multiple location in a Hot Desk environment (including Home when appropriate)Additional Locations:
