AddressReporting to the Director of Medicine, you will provide specialist treatment and care for public patients in General Medicine and Acute Care Services.

The Facility:
This facility has a capacity of 300 beds and offers acute care services, treating more than 24,000 inpatients and over 225,000 outpatients each year. Its Emergency Department is available round-the-clock, seven days a week, providing emergency medical care services and is the only major emergency department in the northern region of the state. Specialist emergency physicians are available on weekdays, most weekends, and most evenings. For major trauma and critically ill medical cases, an emergency physician is on-call 24/7. The department is known for its advanced training of emergency physicians and has received recognition for it.
The Requirements:
- A Specialist registered with AHPRA
- IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
- IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.
