About the role:
You will be committed to providing high quality, compassionate medical care while effectively collaborating with fellow colleagues to provide the best possible services that engenders high levels of patient satisfaction and experience. You will be responsible for:
- Consultative, diagnostic radiology specialty services as determined and required by HNELHD.
- Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
- Participation in quality improvement activities, professional development and continuing education.
Hunter New England Imaging comprises of the Divisions of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine which together provide a complete range of training modalities including General Radiology, Fluoroscopy, Tomography, Angiography, Interventional Procedures, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and PET.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways.
- Evidence of being a medical expert, demonstrated by recent and comprehensive experience in Radiology. Subspecialty fellowship or experience would be an advantage.
