AddressThe Intensive Care Unit at the Princess Alexandra Hospital for a temporary part-time Staff Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Intensive Care to provide specialist clinical care to patients with critical illness and assume overall responsibility for patient care.

About the Role
In this role, the successful applicant will participate in:
- Providing specialist Intensive Care services at Metro South Hospital and Health Service,
- Providing inpatient care, including participating in the on-call roster
- Providing inpatient consultations as requested
- Contributing to the multidisciplinary patient care team
- Multidisciplinary meetings
- Supervision and teaching of registrars, junior doctors and medical students, and teaching for other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Leadership of research and quality improvement activities
