RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for the management & profitability of a defined geographic region / customer base inclusive of: -
- Must have EXPERIENCE in sales in the Electronic Security Industry for this respective region where applicable.
- Product and sales support · Achieving set sales and margin budget.
- Implement National Sales Strategy. · Utilising Sales Academy tools and principles.
- Assisting Branch staff when required · Providing regular monthly reporting.
- Maintain a close, regular and professional working relationship with existing and prospective customer base to ensure the employer obtains an increasing share of the Electronic Security industry market locally.
- Maintain regular contact with security professionals (managers, consultants and major end users)
- Compile market intelligence, competitor activity and any other information that will give our employer the competitive edge.
- Continually develop dealer / distributor sales.
- Develop strong internal relationship with respective product champions. · Encourage teamwork and assist product champions in field sales activities.
- Prepare, negotiate and define major tenders, contracts and customers. · Provide internal and external product training.
- Answer all enquiries and complaints from customers, the general public and fellow employees as soon as possible.
- Manage and coordinate personal actions to ensure that your behaviour, appearance, expenses, time management, product knowledge and sales performance are at all times of the professional standard required to maximise sales opportunities.
