State Manager - Pathways to Community Living Initiative
About the role
This position is a senior strategic and management role for a person who has led a significant and sustained program of change at state or local levels.
It is a temporary fulltime role at 38 hours per week for 36 weeks. While the location is negotiable the person will be expected to work at the Ministry of Health in St Leonards, Sydney for some days each month.
This is an opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual to help further lead change in a recognised, successful, and well-evaluated program that has already made a difference to the lives of people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness in NSW. You will be guiding a team at Ministry level and the teams across the state to build on their outcomes from the last 9 years.
There is an immense excitement working in this program with the passion and commitment of the teams and the full support of the executive in the Ministry. This is a development opportunity for the right person, with mentoring and ongoing assistance available from senior Ministry colleagues.
