About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated wine professional with a proven track record of success to lead Saint Wine’s Queensland and Northern NSW team.
As State Manager, you’ll be responsible for;
- Driving new business and helping manage all key account relationships across the state
- Maintaining steady sales growth for your own territory of key customers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
- Actively building relationships, and networking with decision makers across all channels
- Coaching and mentoring two direct reports
- Being the face of Saint Wine in Queensland to embrace and exemplify our high standards in service, relationship building and being wonderful to work with
- Coordinating your warehouse’s stock position in consultation with the Logistics Manager
- Working closely with National Management and our Winery Partners to deliver effective and engaging market activations and events
About You
- 5+ Years Sales Experience
- Demonstrated management experience
- Demonstrated achievement of sales targets
- A passion for and a great understanding of wine
