A day in your life as the BWS State Manager
- Member of the BWS National Operations Leadership Team
- Contribution to BWS Strategy and cascade within WA, SA & NT
- Deliver commercial results in line with budget and forecast expectations - sales, cost and profit
- Drive balanced scorecard results across the states including Voice Of Customer, Voice Of Team, safety and compliance
- Lead and inspire a team of Area Managers, including development and talent management
- Identify growth opportunities and prepare business cases for acquisitions and renewals in conjunction with stakeholders
- Lead cross functional business performance reviews
- Lead national operations projects from design through to implementation
- Champion simpler for stores and Retail Go initiatives
- Foster a positive experience and safety culture in everything we do
