The Opportunity
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve collective goals.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the broader Queensland region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to expand our market presence and foster business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to penetrate untapped markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to promote our solutions and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- 5+ years Sales experience within the Water Treatment and the ability to be developed into a senior sales leadership role OR hands-on sales management / leadership experience within Water Treatment
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, leading teams, and nurturing client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the Water Treatment industry, including technologies, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
- Measured, diplomatic, strategic and empowering leadership style!
