We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated State Operations Manager to join our PCYC Youth and Community Programs team. This position will work with the General Manager - Youth and Programs, our internal QPS partners and Regional Managers to implement the PCYC Youth Strategy. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability) If you have well-developed experience as an Operations Manager, and a passion for the Youth and programs sector, we want to hear from you!

Your New Role
The State Operations Manager will work in collaboration with QPS Inspector and Senior Sergeants to implement the PCYC Youth Strategy, ensuring alignment to the PCYC Strategic Plan. A key requirement of the role is to monitor and build service delivery and outcomes across the state to ensure PCYC is a strong competitor in the industry by incorporating outstanding business principles, compliance, and a safe place for members. About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Youth and Community programs.
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability in contract management across government corporate community entities.
- Demonstrated ability working with Government stakeholders at a local and state level to add value to existing youth engagement strategies.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build sustained relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in managing contract governance, programs, projects.
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.
