We are currently seeking talented Grants and Contracts Advisors to join our dynamic PCYC Grants team. The Grants and Contract Advisor plays a crucial role in building relationships with the funding bodies and supplying high-quality performance reports to various stakeholders. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability).

Your New Role
The Grants and Contract Advisor will be the key contact for funding body enquiries related to PCYC’s grants portfolio. This role will play a vital role in collaborating with various PCYC stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of high-quality performance and reporting obligations to meet the funding agreement while fostering strong relationships with the funding bodies. To be successful in this role, you will proficiently interpret and communicate results to funding bodies and stakeholders, offering recommendations as necessary to drive positive outcomes. About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification.
- 3 years of well-developed experience in delivering funded social programs or grant contract compliance.
- Strong analytic skills alongside demonstrated ability in interpreting and delivering on funding agreements/social program contract obligations.
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end grant management process.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build sustained relationships with various stakeholders.
- Effectively adapt to and maintain internal data-base systems that guide the teams workload.
