We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Organisation Practice Leader to join the PCYC People and Culture team. This exciting role involves collaborating with the Youth and Community Programs team to assess the array of programs currently offered by PCYC, ensuring their alignment with PCYC's Youth Strategy. Additionally, you will leading program development and research initatives. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability) If you have well-developed experience in the Youth and programs sector, we want to hear from you!

Your New Role
The Organisation Practice Leader will support a culture of continuous improvement across programming, practice and relationships with young people and the community. A key focus of the role will be to lead on program development initiatives, including research projects, content development and delivery, evaluation for capability building and alignment of new and existing programs to PCYC’s Youth Strategy. To be successful in this role, you will measure program impact, effectiveness and alignment with the Youth Strategy goals, while driving research projects to identify best practices, emerging trends and evidence-based approaches in youth development, integrating findings into program design and content development. About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sector.
- Demonstrated ability in reviewing, evaluating, improving and developing Youth and Community Programs.
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring or education delivery in the Youth and Community sector.
- Evidence of being able to influence and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and provide leadership in regard to programs and practices.
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.
