(MDHS) is seeking a dedicated Volunteers Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our organisation working across all of our campuses. The Volunteers Coordinator is responsible for the development, recruitment, management, support and coordination of the volunteer program across MDHS and its various programs. This role is open internally for a current MDHS staff member, the position is fixed term – to commence 5th March, 2024 until 5th June, 2024.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

* Demonstrated ability to lead and guide volunteer teams
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for networking with participants, volunteers and the community or health care sector.
* Passion for working in health services
