State Sales Manager – WA (Enware)
Enware, is seeking to recruit a highly energetic sales leader to join the Western Australian sales team, who are strong performers within the Enware brand nationally.
One of the priorities of this role is to maximise and grow revenue and profit through executing sales strategy, seeking and nurturing relationships with major builders, plumbers, merchants and varied customers across segments. There is a need to be hungry and curious in all areas of sales by following through leads and opportunities for WA and Regional areas.
Location Based – Perth, WA
What is the job about?
- Presenting existing and new products to builders, plumbers and merchants and other business clients
- Contributing to overall sales for existing and new merchants and business clients across a full range of solutions
- Delivering value through developing and managing projects by providing technical solutions to our clients
- Develop customer relationships to ensure customers have a positive experience with our brand
- Be able to provide a level of technical support to end users, operators and service personnel with support from internal expertise
- Provide relevant feedback to Product Managers to ensure Enware continue to deliver innovative quality products to our clients
- Work within a small close-knit team to deliver solutions for the Enware brand, being a team player at all times.
What you need to be successful?
- Understanding of value and ability to solution sell across a range of stakeholders
- Time management and organisation skills.
- 2-3 years + sales management/ field sales experience, preferably B2B
- Experience working within building and construction industry (desirable but not essential).
- Extensive experience using CRM systems, product databases and maintaining accuracy within them.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with all levels of staff
- Forecasting – provide accurate forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Pricing - manage selling prices in coordination with management team to ensure consistency nationally whilst maximizing volume and gross margin opportunities.
- Budget control - monitor and account for all expenses, and other budgets for the functional area and report any variances and recommend resolutions.
- A positive and growth mindset and attitude
- Comfortable dealing with decision makers within the environment
- An outgoing and motivated personality with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Able to travel within the State including possibly Regional areas from time to time
- The position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to react to market trends and conditions through a business development and solutions sales oriented hands-on approach. Equally important is an ability to impart a corporate message to the target market as well as the confidence and presence to deliver presentations to small and large groups.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Mixture of office and travel (local, interstate) as required to support customers and drive sales and business development initiatives.
