A family run business is looking for a Field Sales Rep to join the team.
Your new company
Is a 3rd generation family run company that has been in operation for over 40 years. The business supplies a variety of party products into both independent retailers and larger chains, as well as the hospitality sector. From humble beginnings, the business has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to establish themselves as a leader in their niche market.
Your new role
Reporitng into the National Sales Manager based in Melbourne, your new role is responsible for increasing ranging and sales with a portfolio of retail and hospitality clients around NSW. Your role will be a position focussed around relationship building and consultation with customers as well as regularly presenting new products in the range. Your territory is NSW, so there will be some travel; however, a fully maintained company vehicle and tools of trade are provided.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to sell products in a consultative manner, as well as being able to build relationships. Ideally, you will come from a field sales role in a similar industry, such as; party supplies, greetings cards or stationary. You must bring a positive attitude, high energy and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
