Territory Manager (NSW) - 3-4 days
$80,000 per year equivalent for full time
Selima Pharmaceuticals, a Sydney-based, manufacturer and supplier of leading health and vitamin brands is seeking high-performance Part-Time Territory Managers in NSW. The role is for 3 - 4 days per week and offers workday flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients to showcase our products and conduct training
- Collaborate with customers to develop effective in-store support and brand execution strategies using available promotional materials.
- Conduct product detailing/education to local Doctors at medical centres near pharmacies
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas and competitor threats.
- Monitor and manage customer stock levels to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Track retail prices and provide pricing recommendations in line with company objectives and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of health and well-being products with training as a nutritionist or naturopath being preferred.
- Proficient in using sales management software and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
