The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) is one of Australia's largest cattle companies, with properties spanning over 6.5 million hectares. NAPCo have 14 cattle stations across Queensland and the Northern Territory, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and a corporate office in Brisbane's CBD.To be considered for positions that commence at the start of the 2025 season, please Register your expression of Interest application by attaching a resume with 2 references and a cover letter explaining your interest in joining our team.We will commence recruitment for the 2025 season in September/October 2024, an email notification will come out to anyone who has registered their interest here to advise when applications are officially open.Roles we will be looking to fill include:

• Leading Hand
• Head Stockman
• Machinery Operator / Grader Driver/ Truck Driver
• Bore Runner
• Station Cook
• Governess
• Domestic / Homestead Help / Gardener

Attributes we look for:

• We are looking for enthusiastic, team oriented, motivated people, that have good communication skills and are passionate about cattle and station life. Ideally you will have a solid work ethic, with a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
• If you're interested in a Station hand role, experience riding a horse or motorbike will be advantageous.

Pre-employment requirements:
