• Generate innovative ideas and craft compelling copy for brand marketing across all channels to enhance engagement, acquisition, and brand metrics.
• Develop impactful strategies aligned with brand objectives, extending creative platforms, and staying informed about cultural trends to inform strategies.
• Create consistent and compelling copy for brand communications across channels, ensuring high quality and messaging alignment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate meetings, and respond promptly to feedback to maintain creative consistency.
• Prioritise workload, support ad-hoc projects, and foster a culture of feedback and collaboration.

Ways of WorkingThis role is based at our headquarters on the Sunshine Coast, with a hybrid working model that includes office presence from Tuesday to Thursday.About youYou should have:

• A degree, TAFE Diploma, or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in creative and copywriting (5+ years is a general indicator).
• An understanding of highly regulated industries.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• An understanding of the creative and production process, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of creatives and production personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to appropriately apply the brand's tone and voice, as well as serve as a gatekeeper for maintaining this tone and voice.
• Expertise in writing for specific target customer segments.
• A strong interest in writing, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.
• The capability to work strategically with minimal supervision while being a supportive team member.
