We are seeking Machine Operators & Loaders to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Penrith.  This is a full-time permanent role.

The successful applicant requires:

• Previous experience in the reinforcing steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• The ability to follow safe work procedures and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and standards.
• The ability to understand, follow and comply with WHS obligations.
• High level of motivation and attention to detail.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Ability to work different shifts & overtime.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operate the off-coil machine, shearline, manual bender, cold rolling line machine, or mesh machine.
• Conduct machine pre-start and quality checks.
• Load products into truck for safe transport
• Maintain work areas in a neat & safe manner.
• Embrace technology and scanning procedures for QA requirements.

We have a high emphasis on teamwork and improvement in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
