Exciting Opportunity:
We are searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead and join our dynamic sterilisation team. In this role, you will:

• Assist in the day-to-day coordination of the CSSD activities.
• Ensure compliance with minimum requirements for equipment care, handling and re-processing.
• Uphold competency standards for yourself and other technicians in all sterilisation processes.
• Adhere to sterilisation standards and relevant legislation affecting practice.
• Collaborate with Theatre & CSSD staff to ensure timely equipment processing.

Your qualifications and attributes: You will be proactive and engaging communicator with a keen interest in guiding and empowering their team. Additionally, you should possess the following:

• Certificate III in Sterilisation
• Desirable: Certificate IV or actively working towards it.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in theatre sterilisation
• Thorough understanding of standards and AS4187 requirements
• Highly valued: Experience in coordinating loan sets
• Preferred: previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Proficient understanding of CSSD processes and tasks
• Ability to deliver high-quality service through effective Team Leadership.

Remuneration: Will be based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
