We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Group New Truck Stock Controller to join our Group Logistics and Sales Technical Support team based at our Archerfield Dealership. This is a newly created role and will suit someone who has the ability to build rapport and foster relationships.

About this role:
- Stock level and supply lines management.
- Analysis, reporting and data trends.
- Maintenance and upkeep ensuring accurate inventory and quality data in the Dealership DMS
- Undertaking stock reconciliations, checks and audits.
- Monitoring of the group’s display stock, internal transfers.
- Preparing and documenting deliveries and shipments.
- Manage demonstrators to ensure each dealership has access to a register.
- Ensure relocation of vehicles between required suppliers/destinations are performed in an efficient manner.
- Ensure management, communication and accountability with bodybuilders and contractors.
- Ensure regular maintenance of all stored stock.
- Assist external auditors to locate stock as requested by auditor
- Occasional travel to other Brisbane Isuzu sites may be required
Must haves:
- Sound knowledge of dealership operating systems.
- Computer literate with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously, with a team and under pressure.
- Quality – accurately performs duties as procedures dictate with attention to detail.
- Initiative – thinks ahead, proactively suggests solutions, ability to adapt and respond
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A familiarity with inventory management systems.
