We are a small but busy Audio Visual and electrical, business looking for an enthusiastic Administration and Accounts person.
Proficiency in Xero and Servicem8 is desirable. Experience in a service / technical industry would be preferable but not essential.

We service all aspects of Audio Visual, CCTV and Electrical from design and installation through to maintenance. We pride ourselves on being a leader in the industry with a busy and friendly work environment.
The Person
The ideal person will be a proactive self-starter, autonomous with a positive outlook and willing to learn new skills while taking pride in their work.
Has the ability to deal with last minute changes to priorities and time management is a must.
Duties
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Data entry and invoicing
- General Administration
- Document Management
- Answering and directing calls
- Light warehouse duties (stock management, cleaning)
- Various ad-hoc duties required
Requirements
- Motivated self starter
- Needs to take an interest in the position and general business undertaking
- Strong time management skills
- Strong data entry efficiency and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously with little supervision
- Able to provide 2 contactable references
- Happy to learn new skills with a can-do attitude
This is a part time 14-18 hr a week position based in Bowen Hills.
The Office is walking distance to the Bowen Hills train station.
