Job Title: Stores Stock Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Helismart Team as a Stores Stock Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, ensuring accurate records of stock, and providing support in technical record administration. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in stores, stock control, administration/data entry, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Parts ordering and receipting: Manage the process of ordering parts and accurately recording their receipt.
Core Returns: Coordinate the return of core components to suppliers or manufacturers.
Calibrated tooling register: Maintain a register of calibrated tools, ensuring they are up-to-date.
Document control: Organize and maintain important documents related to inventory management.
Component repair orders: Process repair orders for components that require maintenance or repairs.
Inventory stock take: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
General Admin duties: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed within the team.
Component maintenance: Coordinate maintenance activities for components as required.
Provide backup support for technical record administration tasks.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administration and Stores Stock control/data entry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forklift license is preferred
