Stock Controller/Admin Assistant required for well-known dealership located in Shepparton VIC
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrative Assistant, to join a well-established, multi-franchised dealership, located in the Shepparton Victoria.This role will see the successful candidate support the Sales Department of a multi-franchise dealership. It's a great opportunity for a candidate who has prior experience in a similar role and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will be an energetic individual who loves to be kept on your toes. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications:
- Current and valid Victorian driver licence required.
- Ability to drive manual transmission desirable.
- Certificate III in Business, similar, or equivalent workplace experience preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative role essential
- Familiarity with the Motor Vehicle Industry highly desirable
- Well-developed customer service/ experience management skills.
- Use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed oriented approach to tasks
- Effective time and task management skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- A highly motivated, self-starter
