Stock Team Lead

The Role
We are seeking a fulltime Stock Team Lead to join our incredible Warehouse team located at our Eagle Farm Head Office.
As Stock Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining all warehouse stock movements with a high level of accuracy to provide sufficient stock on hand to meet all out bound needs.
Your responsibilities

• Ensuring adequate replenishment of stock is executed from the bulk warehouse to pick face to meet demand requirements and always maintain efficient picking.
• Receiving and processing all inbound stock back into the warehouse management system efficiently to ensure stock data is maintained and accurate.
• Maintaining accurate storage and effective use of space in the bulk warehouse location.
• Troubleshooting any pick or barcoding issues to prevent significant order processing delays.
• Allocating new stock and returns stock into the appropriate pick locations and bulk storage areas as required.
• Identifying and reviewing opportunities for process improvement to achieve a higher level of productivity.
• Completing all required stock cycle counts and bulk audits to reconcile physical stock against system stock levels.
• Maintaining accuracy within the digital warehouse system by updating all physical allocations, stock counts and any other requested stock changes within the warehouse in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all saleable and faulty products have been transferred out to appropriate locations and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Holding team members accountable to the expectations of their roles, identifying skill gaps, and providing honest feedback, development and coaching to build capability.
• Managing the workflow of the team to ensure they deliver upon both departmental and wider organisational goals.

Your profile

• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
• Previous stock administration experience is advantageous
• Forklift License
• Proficient in excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Results orientated
