Job Summary:
As a Sales/Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of materials and supplies for our projects, as well as providing sales support to our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the HVAC industry and develop your skills in procurement, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies for projects, including ordering, tracking, and receiving goods
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining customer records
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and track inventory levels, and make recommendations for inventory management
- Assist with inventory management and control procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or procurement role, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Diploma or certificate in business administration, commerce, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems an advantage
