Main Duties:
- Communicate and collaborate with clients
- Maintain relationships with internal Stakeholders
- Oversee and assist with SWM’s process and ITP’s
- Assist commercial team with variation costings and approvals.
- Understand and implement HSEQ policies and procedures
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Monitor and report onsite performance to ensure technical, program, quality, environmental, industrial relations, safety, and commercial obligations are achieved and maintained
- Attend design reviews
- Work cohesively with Project Management, Site Supervision and Foremen
- Identify and manage RFI’s and TQ’s to the client, including tracking and managing registers of outstanding items
- Manage QA/QC documentation and field checklists
- Work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related degree (and industry experience)
- Proficient QA/QC understanding and management
- Scheduling, forecasting procurement and design management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge and commitment to HSEQ responsibilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 systems
