Key Responsibilities:
Stock Organization and Management:
- Efficiently prepare goods for sale, including unpacking and processing incoming stock.
- Implement effective labeling and barcoding of items to facilitate easy tracking and pricing.
- Actively participate in stock-takes across our diverse product ranges, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Support retail staff by promptly fulfilling stock requests and managing inventory levels to ensure availability.
Inventory Control:
- Diligently restock inventory while maintaining precise stock records, utilizing inventory management systems to track stock movements and availability.
Retail Space Organization:
- Collaborate with staff to maintain immaculate in-store displays, ensuring they are organized, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Organizational Efficiency:
- Play a pivotal role in transitioning to an advanced shelving and racking system, including transferring items to new storage solutions and accurately labeling and categorizing items for streamlined access and efficiency.

- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is essential for managing our extensive range of over 10,000 product SKUs.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless implementation of our new storage system, contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of our operations.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members across all levels.
- Collaborative Spirit: While this role offers significant autonomy, collaboration with directors and team members is key, emphasizing the importance of teamwork.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Shopify, email, and Excel is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting items up to 20kg.
- Employment Terms: This is a permanent full-time position, including a 3-month probation period. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with a bi-weekly pay cycle.
