Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us at our brand-new Warrnambool store, scheduled to open in June 2024.
We are currently searching for the following leadership roles for this soon-to-be store: Store Manager (FT), Assistant Store Manager (FT), Team Leader (FT or PPT) and Retail Inventory Lead (FT or PPT). We are looking for Brand ambassadors who are customer-centric, effervescent, agile and adaptable, with a passion for ensuring our customers receive an outstanding in-store experience each and every time they visit.
A bit about you...
- Experience working within a commercial, customer-centric leadership role
- A proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets
- Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
- Fashion or trend oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
- Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
