The company is currently seeking a Store Manager for their Bankstown store in NSW to build upon the remarkable success of the business. This store ranks among their highest-performing locations and they are in need of an individual who can continue to drive growth in the store.
  
As a Store Manager, you will assume full responsibilities, from leading a dedicated team to driving sales in-store. Your duties will include managing rosters and ensuring the store's visual merchandising is up standard. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the store's reputation.
  
The role has the potential to earn an OTE of up to $150,000 which will include Super, Store Manager Bonuses and Commissions.
  
To be successful you must have previous Store Management experience with a proven track record in retail sales. They value candidates who have excelled in Store Management roles, particularly in industries such as furniture, jewellery sales, luxury brands or those with an entrepreneurial background in owning their own retail store.

Most important, however, is candidates who have a strong work ethic and show stability, with a strong commitment to their previous roles.
