- Answer enquiries over the phone, face to face and via email
- General office duties & upkeep of the office spaces
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Mail collection and delivery
- Support the coordination of meetings and workshops in conjunction with the Liaison Officer
- Flexible to work extra hours when necessary
- Demonstrated Administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
