About you:
- passionate about quality, exceptional customer service and building a workplace that is the best around.
- Experience in organising, training and driving a happy and high-performance team in a hospitality store environment
- Experience in administration and strong attention to detail
- Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid currency
- Fresh seafood knowledge is a distinct advantage
Key accountabilities of the role:
1.Team Leadership & Management
- providing exceptional customer service and holding staff to the same standard. We exceed customer expectations and create a welcoming environment
- running the store / training and growing the team
- Recruiting and rostering staff with a focus on optimising operations
2. Purchasing / Administration Control
- This includes supervision of purchasing, stock control, and wastage
- Reporting to owners against agreed KPI's
- Establishing and maintaining food safety and work safety protocols
