Form of workJEANSWEST is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team of 6+ team members at our A GRADE TEA TREE PLAZA store.
Please Note this role is a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
- Connect with their store team to develop, coach and mentor
- Contribute to the overall commerciality of the business by leading the team to achieve all KPIs and financial targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards
- Drive an outstanding customer experience while overseeing the team to convert traffic into customers.
- Increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty with their customers.
- Strong communication skills
- A collaborative leadership style to develop meaningful relationships across the brand
- A customer centric mind set
- A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style & presentation
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not essential
