We are seeking a suitable applicant for a Part-time Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk position for an immediate start. Preferably five days per week but hours may fit within school pick up and drop off.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for financial operations up to EOFY handover to accountant. Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- General Ledger Management
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- BAS, IAS, PAYG, Workcover, preparation, reporting and lodgement
- Maintaining Assets and inventory
- Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
- P&L Reporting
- End of month reporting
- EOFY reporting
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience with accounting software (Arrow/Tencia preferred), MO365, Reckon Accounts Hosted
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
- Accounts Experience (formal qualifications advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines as part of a team
- Excellent Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, and Reliable Attendance
