Position Overview:

As the Full-Time Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Burnside boutique. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

• Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Community Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
• Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship:

• Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
• Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalized service.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
