Complete Staff Solutions are seeking an energetic and focused Full-Time Store Manager to join our clients dynamic and growing store in Coffs Harbour!
Our client has over 30 years experience in the IT Industry and provides support and direction in the key decisions regarding Technology.
Our client is an Authorised Apple Reseller and Service Provider. They are looking for a customer focused individual who loves technology and has what it takes to manage a team and drive business.
About the role:
- This position is a full time, permanent role
- Salary will be determined by experience
- Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- May be required to work outside of normal hours when needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing staff, rostering and day-to-day running of the business.
- Achieve sales targets and efficiencies
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Provide customers with technology solutions that meet their individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customers
- Assist with general day to day tasks including store merchandising and stock control
- Working with the sales and support teams to deliver best results for our customers
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience with Apple products and passion for Apple technologies
- Strong sales experience within a dynamic retail environment
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
- Driver's Licence
- Working With Children's Check or willing to obtain
