An exciting opportunity exists to work for one of South West Queensland's most dynamic and community responsive organisations. Lifeline Darling Downs (LDDSWQL) has been serving the community of Toowoomba, and the wider South Western Queensland area for over 40 years.
As the Shop Manager, you will head up a team of dedicated volunteers providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the shop is well presented and merchandised. You will drive sales through creative ideas to make the shop vibrant, welcoming and a draw card for new and returning customers. You will attract, retain, and train a dedicate team of volunteers creating an inclusive environment whilst ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. In this hands-on role, you will be able showcase your style and flair.
