The Role:
As a Store Manager, you will have the pivotal responsibility of:
- Demonstrating extensive leadership experience within a big box/Large Format volume retailer.
- Utilising strong business acumen and exposure to P&L management.
- Empowering and mentoring teams to cultivate future leaders.
- Implementing effective performance management strategies.
- Applying high-volume stock management skills to optimise operations.
Qualifications and attributes we are looking for:
- Retail management experience essential.
- Preferred experience in high-volume or big box stock management.
- A leadership style characterised by an owner's mindset.
- A passion for inspiring teams to exceed goals.
- Proven experience in development and performance plans.
- A resilient problem solver with a drive for success through innovation and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
