As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, managing operations, and upholding the brand's prestigious reputation. - Lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand values and exceeds customer expectations.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation, to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and cultivating brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the luggage or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Tuesday to Saturday roster, Sunday to Monday can also be considered.
