We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Store Manager to join our management teamon a permanent full-time basis.
The Store Manager must exhibit a variety of strong leadership and business management skills whilst executing the daily activities a busy store entails. They also need to be a hands on manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a highly successful sales and service team.
The successful applicant will need to
- Have exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Be able to build, maintain and manage a great work team.
- Have sufficient knowledge and experience with computers.
- Able to work effectively without supervision with strong time management skills.
- Easily approachable and willing to provide feedback and help co-workers.
- Have strong problem solving abilities and a reliable nature.
- A passion for helping customers and achieving maximum results.
- Be willing to work weekends when required.
- Have own car and full drivers licence. Forklift Licence preferred but not essential.
- Recruit and maintain levels of staff needed to meet service requirements for the business.
- Have a good business acumen and able to understand business financials.
- Be willing to work excess hours if needed.

This is a fulltime salary position and the successful candidate must be available across store trading hours including weekends.
