The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Mosman Concept Store!
Reporting to the National Retail Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive and motivating culture within the team, that inspires great performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.
- Generate ideas to increase store traffic through events, promotions, and local community connections.
- Train, coach and motivate your team to maximise their potential.
- Effectively manage rosters whilst controlling costs.
- Manage the end-to-end process for all recruitment needs.
- Facilitate efficient stock control and sales optimisation through effective inventory management.
- Oversee online order fulfilment within your store.
- Thoroughly understand and manage all Loss Prevention matters and processes.
- Manage all day-to-day operational requirements.
About You
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of all retail operations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to enable data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible to work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month and public holidays if required.
